Ok, so I'm emailing my good friend an email I promised her, and then I see a notification that I got an email from her pop up on MSN messenger. I think "neato, more stuff I can respond to" and I click to open it. And it fails to open. At first I think my internet is just being stupid, then I realize I can go to any other website I want to, just not hotmail. Outlook doesn't work either. So now I'm stuck sitting here with this email not wanting to send it and lose it and incredibly frustrated that I can't see the email she sent me and incredibly pissed off that I can't access my stupid Hotmail account! Aarrgghh!!! Of all the nights to fail me, Hotmail has to choose the one where I have the least amount of patience.

I can't stand hotmail, but it's so delightfully free, gmail would be nice but it requires some crazy cell phone text messaging thing to activate, but I took a morale stance against cell phones, when I want to talk to someone I walk 15 miles in the snow to get to there, and if I had something to say it had better have been important because if I forget it along the way there's going to be trouble...
Oh right your problem... I have no idea, try calling her.

I don't think that is true.

I signed up for Gmail a couple of years ago, and I certainly did not have to use any kind of phone to set up an account.

Just sent you a (spelling-challenged) email to [your] account on this site. Email me back and once I have your address, I can send the invite to it.

Since everyone has exhibited so much caring, I figured I would inform you all that Hotmail has resumed working. It seriously made me mad though, because I think it was just my account. I could get into my parents fine, but not into mine. I have a gmail account ... I'm thinking I might make the switch. Do Gmail and Outlook work together at all?
