A guitarist friend of mine played guitar with Billy Preston's band for a while. He said he was a great guy. I'm sad to hear he's gone. Speaking about that friend, and Billy Preston, I said to my brother once that I had played guitar with someone who played guitar with someone who played keyboards with the Beatles. My brother came back and said he had played guitar with someone who played guitar with someone who played guitar with someone who played keyboard with the Beatles. [Smile]

Dave Matthews dedicated his performance of "Bartender" to Billy earlier tonight at his concert.

There's a lot of respect out there for the man, I'm sure he will be missed.
