From what I have seen the problem usually comes from the computer have too much junk on it. Either adware, spyware, viruses, or just have more then half of the hard drive full.

I've been experiencing a lagging connection too. Anyone know if there's a major internet problem just about now?

The computer objects to the way you're running China. "Sheesh," it's sayng to itself, "I can do better than this, and being an AI I'm notoriously bad. What's with this human? Peace out to get the WE down, you idiot!" And it takes out its frustration with little glitches.

I decent firewall program, like Sygate, should show you all the applications accessing the Internet, both to and from your personal machine.

What Stephen said- cleanup adware & spyware as well.

okay but are those the only suggestion? Like are there absolutely no full scale diagnostic programs that would check everything?
