Interestingly enough it may help the Discovery Cycling team, because so far they appear to be clean.
This is probably the last thing that the Spanish investigators wanted to find, since no one particularly likes an "American" team doing so well at a European sport.
Not me. Not now, probably not ever. Athletes cheat, its the nature of competition; you get ANY advantage, and athletes are no more noble creatures than anyone.
