I swear, whoever mass-produces this will be one heck of a rich guy.

I can just imagine it. I've been wanting someone to come up with this for a very long time.

Too bad it was just a home project. That guy has the right idea.

And even if that never gets produced on the large scale, you might be able to get one of these in the near future.

They've even sent someone from the Naval Research Lab to check it out. It could become the next big thing in transportation.
