Heh - just started working out again recently (meaning on a schedule etc). Thought I was going to DIE the first day but the ache in the morning reminded me that it was worth it.

I'm with you on the feeling better afterwards...

You said it, bro. I've been doing aerobics for two years now, and I've gotten to the point where it doesn't get my heart rate up high enough anymore. so now I'm going to do TWO classes per day - one in the morning, one at night. Yikes. Not looking forward to it.

But it's tru that you always feel awesome after you exercise. As my aerobics instructor says, you never regret exercising.
