I'm guessing Flushed Away. At least we had Cars (all around great) and Hoodwinked (good writing, weird animation) already.

I was rather fond of Over the Hedge myself, and the Open Season scenes they showed at SDCC looked great.

People say Flushed Away is Aardman Animation, but its completely CGI. Also when people think Aardman and funny they think of Wallace and Gromit, or maybe Chicken Run.
But Nick Park is not involved with Flushed Away so I can conceed that my beloved Ardman Animation might actually release a flop

Aardman chose to make Flushed Away CGI because animating all the running water required by the film using stop motion techniques proved cost prohibitive.
I was in shock after seeing the second trailer.
The same studio that brought us Chicken Run, Creature Comforts and the sublime joy of Wallace and Gromit...was doing a film about rats getting hit in the crotch, toilets, and having underpants exposed.
Nick Park not being involved explains a lot.

I don't know, this movie looks INCREDIBLY funny. Plus, who doesn't love Robin Williams? I think all of the movies on the list look great actually. I really want to see Happy Feet though.

I know this is going to suck because they've put too much emphasis on who does their voices. "Look! We're a movie with Robin Williams! You like Robin Williams!"

Has there been a recent animated movie that didn't put an emphasis on stars doing voices? I don't think that really tells us anything...Finding Nemo made a point of listing Ellen DeGeneres, Aladdin made a point of listing Robin Williams, Toy Story made a point of listing Tom Hanks, etc.

I'm looking forward to seeing the CGI version of War of the Worlds, based on the Jeff Wayne soundtrack.

I'd watch an Anime production of Enders Game (specifically the Shadow line)
Shoot even Alvin Maker would make a solid anime.
As for CGI: I wish Don Bluth would revisit the medium, I think he got discouraged by the bad reception of Titan: AE, he did some VERY solid work.

Chicken Run Holds the 2003 Guiness World Record for stop-motion. It was also QUITE expensive to make.

Cars.
I also never noticed such things with Toy Story or Finding Nemo.
I did with Alladin, which only strengthens my point, as it wasn't that great of a movie.
