Heh. Spain no doubt thought he was being clever, getting Poland into the Great War to hit my Baltic flank. But no, that was precisely the event I was keeping two-thirds of my army in reserve for. (Well, that and letting my allies bleed on the deadlocked Iberian front - why should Norwegians die for the occupiers of Holstein?) A hundred thousand troops across the Oder, and total domination of the Baltic - it's not as though Poland even has a navy. Talk about getting inside a decision loop! I had him chasing me from Novgorod to Pommern, bleeding all the way. Half of Poland proper occupied just one year into the war, and the African sideshow going entirely my way too. Surrender just as I was running out of manpower, which was highly fortunate. Brandenburg and Bohemia returned to me, and strategically located Mossi gained. Now I can shift my troops to attack Spain's South American empire, secure in the knowledge that the Royal Navy has sacrificed itself to clear the Atlantic. No hostile flag unrolled, and every man in Iberia needed to defend the Pyrenees in any case. Teh winnar am I!
