I had my doubts about Bendis tackling two of the most reviled (and justly so) Spidey stories of all time, but this has actually been more entertaining than not.
Especially if one assumes that everyone except Confused Peter Parker and Captured Mary Jane is a clone.
Still hating his New Avengers stuff, but he's drawing me back into Ultimate Spidey.

I have all the new issues of Ultimate Spider-Man from the last few months, I just haven't gotten around to reading them. I'm hoping the Clone Saga's good though. *crosses fingers*

I really like Bendis. His run on Daredevil was great, as was Alias and all of his solo graphic novels, but I was never really able to get into Ultimate Spider-man, and I really tried (I read the first 6 or so trades). Mix that with the clone saga ::shudders:: , and I can't say that I'm too excited.

You know, I haven't been a huge fan of the Ultimate comics (with a couple of well written, notable exceptions), but I can kind of understand the appeal. Take classic characters and give them a modern spin. But Jessica Jones is NOT a classic character, there is absolutely no reason to Ultimate her. Bendis must be stopped.
