Read this great book, "The Bones of Time" by Kathleen Ann Goonan. I had never heard about it until a friend recommended it to me. It is scifi, in near-time future and largely focused on Hawaii. Anyway, it beats me how such a good book can be so unknown.Or is it just me that doesn't know about it? She writes a beatiful prose and...well, you almost have to read it. Commercial time over for today... [Smile]

Have you read her Queen City Jazz? I was pretty impressed with it, back when it first came out, but I haven't followed her career. I'll add The Bones of Time to my list.
