...old cheese. I really ought to just go back into the big office (where I will look important in the big chair behind the big desk). But then no one will be in the front room because I'm the only one here today. Decisions, decisions.

How's your day?

"What's that smell?"

"Either bad meat or good cheese."

Oh, and my day is levelling off at something below stroke-inducing levels of stress.

You must be bored if you're reduced to sniffing your desk.

My day is going ok. [Smile]

My desk smells like a club sammich. But that's mainly because I'm eating a club sammich.

That is about the only good thing about my day.

My day has been appallingly unproductive, just like the hundreds of days preceding it. But thanks to my friend Mr. Bupropinol, I no longer care [Smile]

Oh, and my desk smells like Formica.

My desk smells like popcorn with jalapeno & white cheddar seasoning.

I love my job.

My desk has no smell. My trashcan smells like chicken and spinach.

My day is okay. I've been kind of down all week. I think my coworkers can tell: there was just a round of "Don't the office plants look nice and alive? Katie has such a green thumb." e-mails. I'm not positive this is because I've been as happy as Eeyore all week, but it's possible. I'm torn between grateful and mortified.

My day has been quite good actually. Not productive, but pleasant. I just got home from class and the way home is almost all down hill, so riding my bike was ridiculously fun.

As for my desk, I don't have one. But my shirt smells like sweat, because the way too my class is almost all uphill, and its 90 degrees and humid outside. [Frown]

Why must people fill out complex forms in sloppy cursive?! I am not a cryptographer! [Grumble]

I mean, it's actually been a pretty good day.

My day is good, now. Laundry is finished, except for putting away, and I just finished my work for the day (I work at home, so I can do laundry and work at the same time; I love multitasking). Now, I just need to eat some lunch, considering that it's already twenty to two. [Smile]

I absolutely refuse to smell my desk, no matter how much this thread is impelling me to do so.

(Ok, fine, it smells like cedar.)

My purse smells like cheese, but I think that's due to multiple little leaks from my daughter's bottle!

I have things I ought to do but no energy for the actual doing of them.

I can't remember if I've eaten anything today. Maybe I should go eat something.

Or I could just wait until dinner again. 'Cause I really don't feel like making myself anything.

Maybe I'll just check the fridge and see if there's anything I can pull out and eat cold and whole.
