Well, I'm not Belle, but there are giant anteaters, and I believe they're some of the first animals (you don't have to do anything to unlock them, IIRC, but it's been a couple of years since I've really played).
You can download armadillos as well from any of the various ZT fan-operated sites. You can download just about any animal, in fact.
Oh, er - this is the original version I'm speaking of, not ZT2.
