I need to talk with my next door neighbor for some technical stuff.

The problem is that I live in the country. My neighbor is a vacation house who is occupied only a few times a year. We have never met since they are always having a party when they are there, and have big "NO TRESPASSING" signs everywhere.

They don't even have a mailbox, so I don't know their exact address.

Where can I go to find this fun info? Any ideas?

I'd check at the county clerk's office. They should be able to help you out. If you knew the exact address, I bet you could find it online, but without it you might have to go to the clerk. For instance, I can go here and enter my neighbor's address and find out when the property was last sold, for how much, and to whom. Doesn't tell me how to find them if they don't live there full time, but it gives me a name and a place to start. If your county has something similar, you could make guesses about what the address might be based on yours and maybe find it. Or just go to the clerk's office and point it out on a map and they'll be able to tell you. It's public information. [Smile]

Good luck!

Or...

You could break in, start a fire, and wait to read the address and name in the police report.

One advantage of this method is you also get free transportation downtown.

I was going to suggest a method which has the chance for a free ride downtown, but also carries a considerably higher expense.
