Thanks to Hatrack I have heard quite a bit about Firefly/Serenity. I bought Serenity a few months back and enjoyed it immensely- I got the Firefly DVD's the other day. After having watched them all- I must say I have joined the cult following.
Is there a list I'm supposed to sign?

Crap. You watch a show on TV, think it's awesome, talk to others about how much you like it, rejoice when it comes out on DVD and then there's a movie made for it, and then you turn your back for a second an all of a sudden you're in a cult.

When the ritual cutting starts, I'm quitting the cult. (Unless it's too late and I'm chained in the basement.)

Get yourself a brown duster and start convincing everyone you know to buy the DVDs. The more money Joss makes on this, the better chance they'll be another movie, a comic series, etc.

I told my sister about this Firefly thing for years. Yes, I'm fairly certain it was at least two years.
Then Kneebyter convinces her to watch the DVDs, and suddenly she's telling ME how great it is, and asking if I'd seen it.
