It would be interesting to see if this franchise could make it through and actually make all 7 movies. But I find myself wondering whether I would actually want to watch a film of "The Silver Chair" (the BBC one wasn't that good, if I recall correctly). Also, would "Magician's Nephew" translate well to film? I think the images of the 'dead world' that Polly and Digory visit before Narnia is created would be fascinating.

Walden Media holds the rights to all the books, and Disney has stated that as long as the films are successful they'll continue to adapt.
