For a minute there I read that as Captain Jack Harkness and I was like "Awesome Torchwood reference, but no." I think now that just turns into a solid no.
I think I'm gonna have to throw my lot in with the Captain Picard... or maybe Bill Adama. He's not crazy enough to be any of the Doctors.
Which incidentally, these are all TV heroes rather than movie. Just you know, thought I'd point that out
