The Pogues beat the Chieftans into bloody masses of mangled flesh.

Well when your body is 80% whiskey you are filled with super human strength. Everybody knows that.

Through Pandora, by way of Great Big Sea.

I really like the music. Not so fond of the lyrics (the only thing I understand are the curse words).

Chieftans in a music contest.

Pogues in a fight.

It'd be a draw in a drinking contest.

BTW, have you seen the car commercial that uses "Sunny Side of the Street" as it's catchy get up and go music? Can't remember the make, think it might have been Audi or Saturn, but using a Pogue song as a "look at the happy suburban people driving their kids to work in their smart, fuel-efficient vehicle" jingle was jarring.

BTW Scott, considering the meaning of Pogue Mahone (sp?) it's probably appropriate the only words you understand are the curse words.
