The director of Independence Day's answer to "Ice Age".

It'll probably be awful, but those are some very swank sabretooth tigers.

Babylonians with mohawks? Or are those Babylonians? They looked like ancient Babylonians... Or maybe Sumerians? Either way, wasn't the mohawk pretty definitely a Native American invention?

Also, for the beginning half of the trailer with the whole "time of darkness" bit I kept expecting it to jump to an animated saber tooth tiger with some witty comment or something. Probably because of your Ice Age comment [Razz]

It actually looks like it might be alright, depending on what the plot is. Though the stolen Gladiator "As one!" really bothers me...

Definitely one of the crappier trailers I've ever seen though. Right up there with the Bloodrayne trailer.

10,000 B.C. is probably several thousand years or so too early for most civilizations we know of. But who knows? Maybe they're ripping off Robert E. Howard by having "prototype" versions of later nations exist?

I thought they were the ancestors of the Thule people just before crossing the Bering Land Bridge. They would have been the direct ancestors of the Native American tribes, so it could make sense?

I saw a passing glimpse of the Egyptian pyramids, which are circa 2500BC. Somebody's got their timelines horribly confused...
