The title says it all. Espouse your hate of sleep lack here.
Tylenol PM helps with the sleeping, but doesn't seem to wear off by the next day, I still feel all sleepy still, almost as if I hadn't slept. But with out it, it often takes me hours to get to sleep. This is one of those nights. Grar! I wish there was something that'd knock me out, all nice and quick, when I need to go to sleep, but would let me fully wake up the next day.

I wish I'd be tired at night like a normal person instead of when i Have teo go to work. Chamomile tea mixed with sleepy time seems to work quite well.

I've had really bad insomnia for the past few weeks. The doctor prescribed Lunesta....which only worked for about three hours. Then I was up again. And annoyed.
Now, I sleep with a combination of ativan and Benadryl Sinus. Which wears off after four hours. And if I take another Benadryl, as I did last night, I wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck. Whee.
