I've been feeling rather sick lately, and one of my symptoms include sneezing a lot. Usually this isn't so bad, but occasionally I will get extremely sharp pains on places including my shoulders, head, and lately spine. Is this something I should worry about?

Not a doctor, but I'd recommend seeing a doctor. *shrug*

I'd second seeing a doctor. My first guess is that the pains are caused by your violent sneezing giving you whiplash. One of my old roommates threw out his back by sneezing too hard and could hardly walk for most of a week. His doctor suggested supporting the chin while you sneeze to prevent this.

Of course, it could be completely different in your case, so a checkup can't hurt.

Try taking a cold pill, some chicken soup, and a nap, and see if that helps.

Oh, and gesundheit.
