With the programs that provide online backup/storage, can you delete and replace what you have stored online? I'm assuming that you must be able to. I can easily exceed the 2GB provided by Norton 360 (but don't necessarily want to pay for additional). Do you think this storage is a worthwhile option?

Also: Online backup aside, do you prefer Norton or McAfee? Why? How about Windows Live OneCare?
