My Uncle Bob has been sick for a while. Last night they got a tentative potential diagnosis of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease.) As you may know, this is really bad.
It's not a definite diagnosis yet. They still have more tests to do. But please, we would appreciate your prayers and good wishes for my uncle and our family. We are hoping they come up with an alternate diagnosis, something with a better prognosis, but barring that, that he is still able to live a long life despite it. Anyway, I would really appreciate it. I'm kind of reeling from the news. Thanks.
(If you like names when you pray, my uncle is Bob Grossi.)

I'll say a prayer for Uncle Bob. I hope it's not ALS, but I pray for great strength for him and all involved should it be. My great aunt had it.

I know facing a diagnosis of ALS is a scary thing (my mom keeps has been tested multiple times recently for things like ALS and MS). I hope that, whatever the outcome, all of you will be given peace and that he will have excellent doctors and support.
