What is Pencils2MediaMoguls?
We’re asking people to use our site to buy pencils to send to the six media moguls who run the six corporate conglomerates.

The six "moguls" are the heads of CBS, NBC, Fox, Time Warner, Walt Disney Corporation and Viacom.

They are also giving away entries in to certain raffles as indicated on the site, such as giving away a meeting with the Lost creators and a Season 3 DVD, going to a hockey game with BSG's Aaron Douglas, a personal phone call from Smallville's Lex Luthor, an signed towel from BSG and a phone call from Drew Fuller.

A buck a box... If I watched TV I'd probably be more interested in it. But it's an interesting concept. But I figured people 'round here might be more interested in the concept than I, especially for the potential rewards in the raffles.

Not just a signed towel from BSG, but the one used in what we like to call the Money Shot [Big Grin]

If I could get one of the BSG ladies to take me to lunch they'd have a box of pencils in no time.

Would that be the scene where Lee almost has a wardrobe malfunction on camera?

Having watched some TV myself, I want to know why the world would be a better place if the writers went back to work.

Meh. I'll support the strike by watching less TV. But there's definitely better things to do with my money.

Um, because otherwise we're stuck with more reality shows? Not to mention all the people who are out of work (not just writers?)
