It's from The Tick, the pilot episode, in fact.

Toon Disney cuts that out when they show it.

What's really sad is that I own the DVD with the pilot episode on it. I clearly have not studied my cartoons enough lately. [Frown]

Yeah, back in the late 90s when they released the "Tick" cartoon guide they tried to pretend the character was named 'The Blond Polar Bear'.

Guess the network got letters! [Embarrassed]

They also got complaints about the Evil Midnight Bomber (what bombs at midnight). Go figure! Fox tried to make a little kid show out of it, and it just wasn't.
