There was a thread on it a while back, but it quickly went into a discussion of American Gods.

I've just finished STiCP and I'm still trying to decide what I think of it. Mainly I am furious with myself for not reading the end before I got to the middle, because I think I missed out on a lot of cool stuff that was going on if I had only known what the ending was.

My problems with it were that Marisha Pessl got a little too fond of her own writing sometimes, and that the "Bluebloods" weren't as interesting (or relevant to the story) as I think they could have been. That said, I absolutely couldn't put the book down after Hannah died, and I found the ending tremendously satisfying in a way that few endings every really are.

Thoughts?

My roommate read the audiobook [Smile] I haven't read it though, she gave me a summary.
