On 2003 Server I want to stop internet access on one person. I know how to set up the group policy to only apply to one person, but I cannot find where I can turn of port 80 or internet acces via group policy. Everything seems to do with locking down the ability to change settings but not access.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction? It is done on a 2003 Server in an XP local machines environment.

If it's possible at all -- and I'm not sure it is -- it would be a Windows Firewall GP setting.

You're at a high school, right? Don't you guys have a proxy server for content filtering?

It occurred to me shortly after I mentioned a proxy server that you could break their Internet Access by forcing a FAKE proxy server. Here's a quick description of that process:
