Thinking on it, I hope they get the rights to use actual footage of the Muppeteers performing whenever possible.
If there's one thing the years after Henson and Hunt died and Oz focused mainly on his career as a director taught me, it's that there's no replacing the originals.
It's a pity Jerry Juhl passed away. I get the feeling he "got" Jim Henson in a way few others did.

I'm sure Jack Black will do an excellent job.

But seriously, that is a good question. Henson was the rare creative genius who not actually was a genius, but also by all accounts was a nice guy. You don't want someone who plays it too quirky or too nice.
