Is this the thing that Teshi linked to on sake (I ask because I can't access Youtube from work to see for myself) with the various wars that the US has been involved in being depicted as a series of battles between different sorts of food?

Yes. It took a minute to understand that was what was happening.
I was also trying to figure out what was representing Russia. For some reason it didn't dawn on me that Stroganoff is Russian, because of the spelling.

If I hadn't already been told about the video, so that I knew what it was I was seeing, it might have taken me a minute too. And yeah, the Stroganoff took me a second too. Loved the cold war arms escalation, though--that was probably my single favorite part of the clip.
