And yet, it is.

Wasn't looking like it was edited by a chimpanzee on crack his trademark?

Kidding, kidding. Slightly.

I wish these women would stop having these horrible plastic surgeries. Have some dignity, movie stars.

Well, at 41 Kidman is getting paid too much money to forgo any chance of losing the role to someone younger.

Although I agree- are there no 29 year old actresses in the world who can, you know, act?

I think it's an effort to make an Australian Gone with the Wind. I guess we'll see whether it was Lurhmann's idea or if he sold out. I think that Hugh Jackman cancels out Nicole Kidman for me.

Didn't look super appealing to me, and I thought the same thing when I saw the preview before Crystal Skull.

I know that music-- it's from Henry V!

Can't they get their own score?

[Smile]

I think it looks wonderful.

I think that after Man From Snowy River there can be no other drama set in Australia.

He's a long way from "Strictly Ballroom," that's for sure. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but I loved the independent quirkiness of his Orpheus trilogy. This looks like it could be good, or could be a royal Australian mess.

Wasn't he planning an "Alexander" movie that got beat to market by the Collin Ferrell vehicle? Seems like he's wanting to get into epics for some (unfathomable) reason.
