Yes, I saw this, but note that this guy is not predicting universal doom, he is predicting the beginning of nuclear war.

And, as a further side note, he has predicted this several times before.

I guess we'll need to wait another 18 years for the nuclear baby to grow up!

Or maybe it'll be only 13 years from now, at the nuclear Bar Mitzvah! War will break out (appropriate for a teenager) on June 12, 2021! You heard it here first!
