...and he almost deserved it.

Okay, there's a bit of casting I'm quite pleased with. He even looks close to how I imagined the character. [Cool]

Will Poulter was excellent in Son of Rambow (a movie I highly recommend). He played a bully/juvenile delinquent with absentee parents.

It'll be interesting to see him play a prudish prig with helicopter parents.

Yeah! I've been wanting to see Son of Rambow. Quite badly. But not even the local art house theater's played it. [Frown]

I've heard nothing but great things about it.

Hmm. Somehow I pictured Eustace as sort of...rounder.

Really? I always pictured him skinnier.

While C.S. Lewis went at some length to make Eustace's personality well defined, his physical description was kept to a minimum. That said, Pauline Baynes' illustrations portray him as a rather smug, physically unimpressive, scrawny little boy.

I'll have to check my books and see if they show him.

It wasn't necessarily that I pictured him as heavier, just with a rounder face.

There's a picture of him in the first chapter of Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

I've always seen him as a thin little bugger. And that fellow looks pretty darn close to how I picture him. Not bad.

Heres a trailer for Son of Rambow. They left out a lot of his best scenes, though.

He doesn't look exactly like I pictured Eustace (I pictured him as rounder as well), but I'm open to my image of him changing.
