So I'm in my new place I'm settled so I contact my employers to say I'm able to take the night shift they offered me, I left roughly 2-3 messages and sent an email and have been trying roughly once every 2 days to reach my rep.
Apparently she didn't recieve my email or any of the phone messages I sent.
I can only come up with one explanation, God exists, hates me, and wishes to see me suffer. That is the only explanation I can see for several messages and emails of inquiry not making it.

You were offered a night shift at one point, but didn't accept it, because of living arrangements. Correct me if I'm wrong.
You haven't been able to reach the person on the phone, only leaving messages, and sending emails.
Have you actually talked to the rep yet?
If not, it sounds like maybe one or both of the following have happened:
1) The night shift is no longer available, or is no longer available to you 2) The rep is on vacation
But of course you won't know whether either of the above are true if you haven't talked to the rep.
If you have talked to her, and she claims that she didn't get your messages, chalk it up to normal weasel behavior (it's often observed in those who claim to be human).
But it's really not all that clear whether you had a standing offer, and what you've learned about the status of that offer at this point.
Also, are you currently working there? I can't tell. If so, why can't you find someone to talk to in person about this?

It helps in getting someone to acknowledge that you've tried to reach them exactly when you've called, and to be able to forward copies of previously sent emails. If you used the word "roughly" in your conversation with her, she might feel you aren't actually sure. Just sayin'.
Hope you still have a job. Is that the issue?

I finally reached her, I'll be calling back in an hour but when I reached her she seemed genuinely surprised as none of the messages seemed to have reached her, email or otherwise which is odd.
I *should* still have a job, I signed a contract after all, the good news is the reason why i couldnt take the night shift before was that there was no train or bus that ran from rigaud to montreal at the requisit hours BUT in Dollard I have a train station that leaves/returns at precisely the times I need it to.

Good luck, then, hope it works out. I'm glad to hear you've moved to where there is better transportation.
