So, Bryan Singer's next super-hero film will be neither Superman: The Man of Steel nor X-Men: The Real Third Movie but CapeShooters, a film based on an as-of-yet unpublished comic by Rob Liefeld.
(Rob Liefeld? He's still around, eh?)
The premise has possiblities. Two tabloid photographers have made their career taking candid, scandalous shots of off-duty costumed crimefighters. They have to go in hiding for their lives when they find evidence that the world's most beloved super-hero is really a villain.
This raises the question as to who will be doing The Man of Steel. Mark Millar claims the WB gave it to him, or is going to...but Millar claims a lot of stuff, only some of it having any basis in reality. Hmmm...
