I have my bank account and a credit card registered on PayPal. But when I go to pay, it always wants to take from the account. The screen says they'll charge the card if the bank debit is denied. Is there any way to get it to charge the card as a default? I mean, without removing the bank account.

Thanks.

Lisa:

As far as I can tell there is no way to do this. Paypal wants you to fund with a bank account because they pay more fees when the funds come from a credit card.

When you go to pay, it brings your to a screen that tells you how much you are paying, and what your payment source is. Right under the place where it says payment source there is a link that says "change." You would click that link to change over to paying by credit card.

You will have to do this every time though.

I thought the question was changing the default - I assumed you already knew you could change it at the time of each payment. [Smile]
