Basically I got STALKER: Clear Sky(tm) and i got a bunch of corrupted graphics.

So I went to uninstall my drivers to install the new ones (released that day) and boom my drivers "hurked" and jumped into a threshing machine and blamed it on .NET's abusive drunked behavior so upset I gave .NET the boot and attempted to sack his drunked arse and replace him, he refused and went all durka durka and blew himself up swore at me a bunch of times before doing so and poisoned the well on his way out preventing any replacement of my .NET framework.

So I went into safemode to try and fix this and low and behold nothing worked in safemode either, apparently safemode was also in on this conspiracy and commited suicide rather then let me correct things so gave me the finger and shot himself.

Safemode, .net, catalyst drivers all kaboom.

So, you know what I'm gonna do? Wipe my OS drive and install Linux, death to Microsoft and its cheecky software. If its lucky ill dual boot to maintain my ability to play games but I'll give WINE a go first.

You don't think you might have done this after our game on Saturday? Pdox games are notoriously flaky on WINE. Not that it matters, I'm sure fasq will be happy to conquer Byz.

Wow. I was enormously entertained by that recitation of computer woes. Usually people just talk about "my hard drive crashed" or "my computer won't boot up" but you went into all kinds of lovely personifying detail. That was fun to read. [Smile]
