Huh. I'll ask my brother once hes back on MSN. The first third of it (all I could listen to before my computer went snoopy loopy on me) the gist of the oppositions argument I think was through a Libertarian argument of rights. And makes the assumption that a democratic government "always" assures that the rights of all citizens are protected at all times. Something that is patently false by historical precedent.
