Luna moths are beautiful. So are cecropia and polythemus moths. My mom, brother and I used to raise a whole bunch of all three every year - until they all got eaten by a Blue Jay one summer when we were trying to get outside DNA to improve the genes of our poor inbred moth population.

So how long do they live? Do you keep it indoors or let it leave?

They only live for a week. I want to let her out, but at the same time it's soooo cold.

I do hope she attracts male moths and has moth babies.
