I have a program im writing for reading/writing files using fstream but I am using

code:
int main(int argc, char *argv[])

How using windows command line do I pass in the parameters?

I got it I probably was running an older build by mistake confusing me.

E:\Project\"Hamming Code.exe" Param1 Param2 ... Etc
