It seems to be sort of a cross between Heroes and Jumper. But it looks like it might be entertaining.

On one hand, the premise is just about the least original thing I've ever seen, but then again Heroes was similarly derivative, but worked because it was so well done.

In any case, seeing Dakota Fanning as a mutant seer was pretty awesome.

I saw that one. And while I agree that the premise is somewhat unoriginal, I think that movies haven't dealt with the idea as often as books so I am interested in seeing it in that format.

Unoriginal, but fun maybe. Plus I like Djimon Honsou and Dakota Fanning. It looks like it's worth renting anyway, or maybe seeing as a matinee.
