Anytime you notice Kosh move from room to room, without actually seeing him pass through doorways. The costume was too big for the doors, so they just used cut scenes.

Or anytime Londo drinks himself, although that may cause liver damage.

Or anytime G'kar refers to the book of G'Quan.

Or anytime Xathras refers to himself in the third person.

Or every time Kosh delivers a Koshism (e.g. "Understanding is a three-edged sword")

Every time something is said or done that you didn't understand the significance of the first time you saw it, until later in the series.

Or, alternately, if someone is watching for the first time, every time they have an "Aha!" moment for something that happened earlier in the series.

Hmmmm,

When someone starts with a variant of "A thousand years ago"

When Sheridan pulls out the nukes

When the episode ends with a down note

I seriously doubt it. Even if you ignore all of the movies and spin-offs, watching all five seasons would take more than three days straight.

Every time someone mentions "light" or "dark". Drink twice if it's Dalenn.

Every time Londo greets someone with "Ah" as in "Ahhhh VIR!" or "Ah, Mr Garibaaaaaaldi!"

When Centauri genitalia is mentioned. Twice when you see one of Londo's doodles.

Every time a Markab dies. (DANGER!!)

Whenever Susan is given a line that makes you understand why Claudia Christian quit the show. Drink twice if it involves a dance.

Drink whenever you feel like strangling a telegoth. (DANGER!!)

Whenever you hear the Shadows talk, but can't see them.

Blayne: to pursue her movie career. Did you see the movie she was in lately? (neither did anyone else.)

It seems to me that this would happen with decreasing frequency over time as one's brain becomes increasingly muddled by the alcohol in the bloodstream.

That's exactly what I thought. It's a bit of protection for your liver. [Smile]

My husband and I watched the entirety of Babylon 5 over 3 weekends once (before kids...not counting movies). Each season is 22 episodes and without commercials, that is about 16.5 hours of show. Those were the days....

My roommate and I watched it over the course of a semester. That seemed (and seems) to be a reasonable pace.
