I don't know of any way unless they leave a comment or "follow" your blog. If you don't want your blog public, you can change the privacy settings.
Unless you can sign up for Google Analytics ... although that wouldn't show you who viewed your blog before you signed up.

You can sign up for a tracker. I use one on my blog. You'll usually need to embed code (which can be invisible.) It gives me statistics by location, referrer, etc. (I can see what keywords on search engines are bringing people to my blog.) It also gives me IP addresses, should I choose to check them.

When I was still on Blogger, I used a tracker that would give me IP addresses and approximate geographic location, as well as stats like how many visitors a day with an hourly breakdown (so I could see that I had X visitors at lunch compared to Y after dinner, for example, and if warranted could adjust my posting habits) where they came from, keywords used if it was a search engine, how long they stayed on the page, etc. That tracker crashed a few months before I gave up on using Blogger, and I didn't bother to look for a replacement because it had been a curiosity more than anything.
