But that was just one teacher, I've always kinda wanted to go back and figure that out for myself.

Breakfast Club weird ability: I can recite the entire poem from memory. I don't have any other poems memorized.

It just seemed like something worthy of a thread. And I didn't feel like derailing the Jabberwocky one.

I know Tom Lehrer's Element Song by heart. My little brother memorized the lyrics to Life is a Rock. My little sister has such hyperextended elbows that she can clasp her hands, invert them so that her palms are facing outwards, and touch her elbows together. My other sister is oddly normal.

I'm not sure exactly what the theme of this thread is supposed to be. Memorized lyrics? (Cause there's a lot of songs I know, and I don't consider that all that exciting). Random weird knowledge? (65% of Teddy Grahams have their arms pointing down). I also have the first several paragraphs of the WarCraft II orcish history memorized.

I had a friend in High School who could do something like this, except that his elbows were behind his head, and his hands hung out from behind his head like a set of moose antlers. Or a radar tracking station, depending on his mood.

Back before it all got retconned away. I read that so many times when I was a kid.

Raymond: There is a line of dialogue in the movie The Breakfast Club where the characters all say "What they can do." One of them can make spaghetti, one can put on lipstick by placing it between her breasts, etc. Your example works just fine, it does not have to be memorization.

I can sit in the lotus position even though I'm 6'3, and do it comfortably. My wife used to be able to slide her knee cap all the way to the side of her leg, but she's since had surgery to correct it. My brother does a fantastic impression of Wario. My dad can play rocket man on the piano while singing like Elton John.
