Brown meat, add chopped onions and garlic; cook until softened. Add a jar of tomato sauce and one of water. Add one pound uncooked macaroni (or similar pasta) and cook on medium heat until pasta is cooked through. Add frozen vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, and green beans all work well) and mix thoroughly. Cook another minute or two.
(When made with ground beef, this is beefaroni. With turkey, I guess it's turkaroni?)
