Who do you fire? It's not like one person screwed up. The product itself just sucked. It seems to me that the whole company failed.

The rain in Wales falls mainly... on everyone, everywhere, all the time. Except maybe for a couple of weeks in June when it will only drizzle on you.
I'm not sure there is actually a raincoat in existence which can completely deal with Welsh weather.

Well, Sun Mountain's main product is golf bags (I didn't even know they did outerwear and I am a pretty avid golfer that managed resort courses in the past). I would say the head the outerwear product division is through, unless he has pictures of someone.
