So I've saved a lot of money using download services for Music (such as iTunes or Amazon) and for computer games (Steam, Desura, etc) compared to buying physical copies. But I was wondering if any of you know a similar service for movies/TV shows? I know iTunes and Amazon have shows and movies for rent or download, but the expense is usually a lot more than the physical copies (ex: avg nightly cost of rental from Amazon: 2.99; avg cost of rental from Redbox: 99 cents). So does anybody have any alternatives? And I'm looking for legal downloads, not streaming sites like Netflix or Hulu.
EDIT: Also, this is Da_Goat. I didn't know my password, and apparently I've forgotten what email I used for this account. So I re-registered. I don't know if that will make you more likely or less likely to respond to this post, but there you are.

Hey there Da_Goat! You seem to forget passwords a lot.
I can't think of any legal sites offhand. There are several different apps out there that let you save steaming video on your hard drive - I use them frequently to save YouTube videos, for example. I realize that's not exactly what you're looking for.
