Looking at the list of borders, it looks like you have to go pretty far into the middle of nowhere before you find a crossing that isn't 24 hours anyway.

For a lot of us in the military, we use sometimes use elaborate pageantry/are overly formal for amusement, or to subtly poke fun at higher-ups/the system. this video is a good example. (Created after a company of Marines was told to get rid of their porn)
