Did You Write? 06-08-09

Here is this week's prompt and friendly reminder to write. Since I had not seen this posted yet, I thought I would go ahead and post it this week since rstegman will be gone for a couple weeks.

And, the question for the week, did you write?

Yes, I wrote the first of three scenes for this week's chapter. I hope to write more tonight.

Yes I did.

I tweaked a couple of lines in the story I'm putting in the Ready for Market Challenge. I actually got to the end of my rewrite of Book Two. I like it this time. And now I'm starting on some serious world-building for Dreamer's Rose.

Oh, and I sent three queries out for Book One. And started getting ready to send more.

Yes, I wrote a couple hundred words on one WIP and started a few short stories so I could have several ideas to choose from for this round's WotF.

I felt well enough to write five hundred words on Saturday...then was sick again on Sunday and didn't write any more.

On the other hand...this current project plods. I've spent a lot of time thinking about it but haven't resolved a number of questions about what's going on. I know what happens about a chapter ahead, but that's it. I'm afraid it'll wind up like my last stab at a novel---one hundred thousand words and having the whole thing die on me.

If another good idea came along, especially if it were for something shorter, I'd work on that instead. Till then, this is all I've got.

Yes, I did, after two days of slacking (only writing paragraphs) I laid a couple of pages down in an hour or so.

So much to do, so little time.
