One interesting thing is that you can do this with any waveform--not just sound waves, so you can create a modulated maser beam that carries embedded within it a Tazer/Stunner electrical frequency, thus creating an effective, long range stunner.

You've probably come across this already, but there's an explanation of all the fairly limited capabilities of UBB code at http://www.hatrack.com/forums/writers/forum/ubbcode.html -- and named anchors isn't one of them.

Yeah, I know. But certain threads, like the writing project thread, could really benefit from them. I was just hoping that there was some way to sneak a name tag in there somewhere.
