Read about a new grammar and punctuation book that's doing well in England and is coming out next year in America -- Lynne Truss's Eats, Shoots and Leaves: The Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation. It's a humorous book, apparently; even the title is based on a joke: A panda goes to a bar, gets a sandwich, shoots a gun and starts for the door, and the bartender asks him why he did all that. The panda throws an error-ridden wildlife book at him and says, "Look me up." The bartender finds "Panda" and reads, "Eats, shoots and leaves."

Sounds like something some of us might enjoy.

(Better not leave a typo in this post. )
