Being a Belgian, I have rather limited access to Magazines in English dealing with fiction (read: none whatsoever). Do any of you know where I might find a list of such magazines , preferrably with contact addresses?

I have two EXCELLENT links:

The latter lets you do a search so I use it most often for short fiction. Ralan, however, also has a list of novel publishers so it has definite uses.
